Job Summary
Support fast-paced pre-sale and post-sale activities by developing customer-driven solutions, contributing to proposals, and coordinating implementation efforts for complex technical products in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Rapidly configure existing systems or design custom elements to deliver practical, manufacturable solutions while balancing speed, quality, and customer requirements. Identify and engage with suppliers to source and evaluate technical solutions that meet functional, regulatory, and delivery standards. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify technical requirements, develop functional requirement specifications, and conduct nimble feasibility evaluations using fail-fast principles to accelerate decision-making. This on-site role is based in Camarillo, CA, with a base pay scale of $87,100–$104,700.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering preferably Mechanical Biomedical Chemical or Manufacturing
- 2 or more years of working experience as an engineer or a related position
- Proven ability to manage day to day project responsibilities and timelines while coordinating with cross functional teams and escalating risks appropriately
- Mechanical engineering knowledge with the ability to support component selection system layout and design considerations in technical projects
- This is an on site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo CA

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred but not required
