Product Solutions Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer)

Job Summary
Product Solutions Engineer bridging custom delivery and productization; engineer frameworks, automations, and dashboards that demonstrate ROI for enterprise clients; build repeatable value-engineering assets, data ingestion/transformation pipelines, and customer-facing implementations. Collaborate with Client Solution Architects and Product teams to create first five 'Success Dashboards' for new enterprise clients, ensuring technical ROI within 180 days; enable pre-sales and post-sales value realization through scalable solutions and automated workflows. Requires strong Python, SQL, APIs, data visualization, and governance of data quality across large datasets; experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions and working with cross-functional teams in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a forward-deployed engineering solutions engineering, or implementation engineering role in SaaS or data-heavy environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience working in agile development and cross-functional teams delivering customer-facing technical products or integrations
- Strong engineering foundation with proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
- Practical experience with APIs, data mapping, and connecting enterprise software platforms
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and a finisher mindset with the urgency to move technical projects from 90% to 100% completion within 60 to 90 days
- Proven track record delivering customer-facing technical solutions, from discovery through deployment, and communicating technical details clearly to both engineers and business users
- Ability to work closely with Solutions Architects, Product teams, and clients alike
- Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
- Highly organized with the ability to plan work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, demanding environment to meet deadlines
- Able to relate and communicate effectively to stakeholders as well as software developers, data engineers, and data scientists
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
