Job Summary
Conduct functional testing, calibration, and repair of test & measurement and handheld thermal imaging products using specialized equipment like humidity chambers and wind tunnels. Review customer documentation to determine assessment steps, then perform post-test alignment and full functional tests to validate product performance. Document all results in the database, verify accuracy, and produce certificates of conformity while communicating status updates to customer service representatives. Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 quality policies and global trade directives. Requires one to three years of electronics trade experience and the ability to organize tasks within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in the electronics trade, preferred
- Ability to produce a high volume of work while achieving customer quality expectations
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment and tools common to the trade
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronics systems maintenance and repair methods
- Ability to task organize and work within a team to complete time-sensitive assignments
- Must employ strict attention to detail and respond positively to unplanned changes in work assignments
- Verbal and written correspondence in English is required to perform assigned tasks
- Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce

- Well qualified candidates with a blend of formal education and work experience will be considered
- Knowledge of thermal imaging products is a plus
