Product Selection Specialist

Job Summary
Select, quality check, tag, and allocate products to customer orders while applying First In, First Out (FIFO) principles. Update crop specifications and photographs, perform cycle and lot counts, and conduct tag audits to verify shipping accuracy. Enter detailed allocation notes, report inventory discrepancies to Accounting, and communicate quality concerns to the Team Leader or Sales team. Promote available inventory to drive product movement and accompany customers during on-farm tagging when required. Maintain effective collaboration with external customers and internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Pricing groups to ensure smooth operational execution. This full-time role in CherryLake, Inc. requires occasional evening and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, productivity, and performance
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes and procedures accurately and consistently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and positive manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams
- Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Able to sit, stand, bend and walk for long periods of time
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
- Regular exposure to outdoor environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wet and muddy conditions, humidity, and direct sunlight
- Regular exposure to uneven terrain and moving mechanical equipment commonly used in agricultural or farm operations
- This is a full-time position. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling approximately 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on operational needs and job responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is considered a plus
