Job Summary
Product Security Leader (PSL) for the Product Automation unit acts as the central authority for PA product security, establishes standards and practices, leads security thought leadership, guides management on risk and exposure, drives vulnerability management and remediation processes, provides security metrics, researches current trends in industrial control systems and related domains, participates in security exception reviews, collaborates with Digital Trust on initiatives, and represents the BU in customer security discussions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8+ years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at Rockwell offices in Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee/Mequon, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Typically 8+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of experience in Security Development Lifecycle concepts (secure code reviews, threat modeling, penetration testing)
- Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and IEC 62443 security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC, OSCP or equivalent
