Product Security Lead

Job Summary
Lead product security efforts across the full lifecycle, from design to distribution, ensuring safeguarding of sensitive intellectual property and physical products. Implement and enforce group security policies, standards, and controls to prevent leaks, theft, and unauthorized access. Conduct risk assessments and lead incident response for suspected breaches, counterfeiting, or IP theft, analyzing root causes and coordinating with legal and law enforcement. Monitor local security systems including CCTV and access control, audit processes, and develop metrics to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to maintain compliance and align with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or product security-sensitive environment
- Bachelor/ Master in engineering, product security or equal through experience
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV, camera legislation, track & trace, anti‐theft designs
- Strong understanding of physical and digital security systems, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation(s)
- Work effectively with other team members, through use of verbal and written communication, including typing, through use of fingers on a keyboard
- May need to perform sedentary work, sitting for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certificates like CISSP / CISM / CISA, ASIS CPP/PSP, TAPA-knowledge are a plus
