Job Summary
Conduct phone and email sales for Power Tools products, offers, and promos to a defined customer base. Create marketing materials from sales data, promote product offers, and mark customer statuses in the database. Administer customers, handle claims, process orders, and provide product information. Report on competitor activities, telemarketing results, and call statistics. Participate in internal meetings, maintain colleague contact, and travel to meet customers at events. Fulfill additional tasks as requested by direct superior.
Required Qualifications
- University Diploma
- High school Diploma
- Language: English min. B2 and Hungarian C1/C2
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer contact center (CCC) or a similar sector
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Affinity to technology and power tools
- Knowledge about budgeting and planning
- Data processing skills in SAP Cloud or any other CRM system as well as in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of SalesForce
