Job Summary
Lead and manage a sales team in Kotak Mahindra Bank's Trade & Forex Sales division, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue. Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes, collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities, conduct market research, monitor performance, provide coaching to the sales team, and represent the bank at industry events to promote the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the trade and forex market
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
- Deep understanding of trade and forex products, services, and market dynamics
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for effective sales management
- Strong networking skills and a well-established network in the trade and forex industry
