Job Summary
Product Sales Manager for crushing equipment responsible for driving sales performance by leveraging deep technical knowledge and commercial acumen. Act as the product expert and trusted commercial partner to customers and internal stakeholders, own the value proposition and win strategy for assigned opportunities, position Metso solutions against competitors, and enable Account Managers through training and product guidance. Collect and analyze customer and competitor intelligence, contribute to forecasts, understand market dynamics, support warranty processes and BI validation, escalate issues to Sales Support as needed, and translate technical features into compelling customer value while collaborating with global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Sales within industrial, mining or heavy equipment environments
- Proven experience in Crushing equipment or crushing aftermarket e.g crushing equipment, repairs or rebuild, spares and wears
- Demonstrated ability to manage product sales OR budget ownership
- Strong communication skills and experience acting as a key interface between Product Groups and Market Areas
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical features into customer value
- Experience contributing to market and product‐specific forecasts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and internal collaboration capability
