PRODUCT SALES GTF VICE PRESIDENT (COMEX)

Senior Trade Finance leadership role guiding the commercial strategy and end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance solutions for CIB clients in Peru. Responsibilities include defining and executing strategy for originación, portfolio profitability, product penetration, and credit quality; leading and developing a high-performing specialist team; managing direct relationships with top CIB clients' CFOs and senior executives; leading end-to-end structuring of Trade Finance solutions (including trade cycle optimization, working capital, and asset investments); leveraging data and AI to diagnose client needs, identify missed opportunities, and prioritize commercial actions; driving ESG-oriented Trade Finance dialogue with clients; representing the unit in executive-level governance and credit committees; ensuring adherence to risk, product, operations, legal, and regulatory standards; mentoring bankers in delivering sophisticated, holistic, and commercially viable solutions; monitoring portfolio profitability and billing accuracy; coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution; promoting innovation and efficiency across Trade Finance processes.
