Job Summary
Product Sales Executive for Hematology/Urinalysis responsible for driving growth, expanding market share across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings; analyze laboratory workflows to identify opportunities and support targeted sales strategies; engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to operational and clinical needs with clear, effective product presentations; build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools to support territory planning and performance tracking; partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to revenue goals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience (or Master’s with 0–2 years), strong communication/presentation skills, proficiency with SFDC and PowerBI, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience
- Foundational understanding of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support) within healthcare or diagnostics
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage diverse customer stakeholders
- Proficiency with sales analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI)
- Ability to travel 50%-75%
