Job Summary
Product Sales Executive (CCIA) with Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, remote-friendly role supporting Cleveland, Columbus, and Toledo markets in OH. Responsible for positioning Chemistry and Immunoassay solutions into hospitals and reference laboratories, leveraging laboratory workflow expertise to align Beckman Coulter’s hardware, reagents, systems and applications with customer technical, financial, and business needs. Collaborate with internal resources (Service, Applications, Laboratory Automation, Clinical IT, Leadership, Client Services) to build and execute account strategies, manage long sales cycles, and achieve sales and financial goals. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver technical demonstrations, and travel 50–75%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a science field with 2-3 years’ capital sales experience in hospital or laboratory setting or 5+ years direct experience as a Medical Technologist
- Must be willing to travel 50% - 75%
- Working knowledge of laboratory workflow, workload demands, and Chemistry and Immunoassay system needs in a hospital laboratory
- Solid understanding of tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers)
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to conduct a clear, concise and accurate technical presentation and effectively overcome customer objections and win their business and performing live instrument demonstrations
