Job Summary
Lead a team of Product Solutions Specialists and Relationship Managers to drive business growth in Healthcare Payments. Develop end-to-end product solution strategies, craft complex solutions, and partner with Sales on strategic pricing, RFP responses, and sales collateral. Manage client feedback delivery to Product teams and guide cross-team collaboration to optimize the customer experience. Requires 8+ years of leadership with proven ability to develop solutions across multiple teams; deep knowledge of healthcare payments; strong communication and presentation skills; and demonstrated sales coaching and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- 8+ years of experience leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Strong understanding of healthcare payments
- Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes for both new and existing clients
- Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients’ needs
- Ability to communicate and present to large groups
- Demonstrated sales coaching abilities including successful sales and marketing skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally to support organizational goals.
