Job Summary
The Ticket and Product Sales Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services department and delivers guest service while facilitating the sale of Activities, Tickets, Passes, Ski & Snowboard School lessons and childcare. Responsibilities include working in contact centers, ski school locations, ticket/pass offices and throughout the resort to deliver an experiences-of-a-lifetime; communicating with guests via phone and email; accurately explaining and processing resort products and services; completing daily end-of-shift POS/register audits; supporting a fast-paced, professional environment. Requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, work outdoors in a winter environment, communicate in English, lift 25 lbs, and work weekends/holidays. Must have a High School Diploma and be eligible to work in the US. This role may include various duties across departments such as Mountain Activities, Retail Rental operations, Food and Beverage Support, ticket sales or scanning, lift operations, or base area operations. Starting pay is $20.00/hour; employment is Summer Seasonal 2026 with Full Time and Part Time hours available.
