Job Summary
Product Safety Certifier role based in Shanghai, responsible for delivering high-quality CSA Group certification services. Responsibilities include independently managing certification projects, evaluating products against national/international standards, performing witness testing, preparing Certification Reports and Certificates of Compliance, reviewing data, and providing technical guidance to clients. Requires interpretation of standards, execution within budgets and timelines, and collaboration with sales and product teams to support client opportunities. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering and knowledge of CSA/UL/IEC standards, with experience in test methods and lab operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3 years of related experience
- Certified Engineering Technologist OR Journeyman Electrician OR equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of CSA, UL and IEC Standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work unsupervised in a team environment
