Job Summary
Primarily responsible for providing ad hoc and recurring reports in support of the Global Quality Field Action (FA) process, including recalls, removals, safety alerts, customer notifications and field corrections. This role collaborates directly with divisional partners while providing product traceability and FA expertise to divisions, the FA team and regional FA coordinators. The individual will also identify, recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities include executing recurring and ad hoc reporting for product inquiry reports (PIRs) and field actions, utilizing knowledge of divisions, data access methodologies, and systems (including FARS and SAP) to support reporting needs, performing data quality analyses, supporting field action plans and communications, archiving documents, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of field action policies and procedures. Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Word/Teams/Outlook/PowerPoint and advanced Excel, plus experience in the medical device industry, are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Ability to travel up to 10%
