Job Summary
Product Reliability Engineer responsible for defining and managing qualification concepts and product-specific reliability requirements across the full product lifecycle, including ownership of qualification plans, interpretation of reliability results, alignment with JEDEC/IEC/AECQ standards, development of lifetime and acceleration models, analysis of failure mechanisms, and collaboration with R&D, Product Engineering, Customer Quality, and Global Quality Labs to ensure robust reliability strategies and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or Comparable
- Strong experience in semiconductor or electronic component reliability
- Deep understanding of semiconductor failure mechanisms, degradation behavior, and reliability testing principles
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
