Product Regulatory Intern (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Publish and maintain Hydrite's Product Information Sheets for technical and non-food grade products while reviewing Customer Specification Agreements. Coordinate inbound testing for foreign food products and manage regulatory flags for TSCA 12b, mercury, and lead. Complete item set-ups for new size, relabel, and rebrand projects, and maintain vendor specification sheets and Certificate of Analysis examples. Handle item inactivation and purges under the guidance of the Regulatory Affairs Manager. Requires a Bachelor's degree in natural science, strong research skills for CFR interpretation, and on-site availability at the Corporate office in Brookfield, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Position requires at least 10 hours a week on site at our Corporate office in Brookfield, WI
- A Bachelor's degree, or working towards a Bachelor's degree, in natural science
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Must be able to research regulatory issues, including CFR interpretation
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English
