Job Summary
Product Readiness Manager sought to drive adoption, positioning, and rollout of Elevate platform products across cross-functional teams. Responsible for product communication and enablement, owning feature release checklists, producing high-quality collateral with Marketing and Strategy, centralizing internal and external feedback, conducting competitive intelligence, coordinating alpha/beta pilots, and translating technical concepts into clear business language. Requires 3+ years in AdTech/programmatic advertising or digital media ecosystems; proven experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, or cross-functional enablement; ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Client Success; strong communication, organization, and analytical thinking; opportunity to work with DV360/The Trade Desk and similar DSPs (nice to have experience). Note: Open to applicants from EMEA with remote work option specified as remote.
