Job Summary
Develop and maintain quality and reliability standards, inspecting, testing, and evaluating product performance to align with customer expectations. Execute failure analysis, perform FMECA, document CRAMS, and develop test plans while gathering operational data to evaluate results. Design reliability modeling and ERAMS, prepare testing documentation, and establish project methodologies and parameters. Coach and mentor team members on quality and reliability processes, ensuring world-class standards are attainable through rigorous evaluation of work methods and policies.
