Product Quality Manager

Job Summary
Lead QHSE programs and coordinate Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management activities; drive auditing, KPI management, SOP development, training/competence development, and continuous improvement projects; manage Quality Control across suppliers’ workshops, factories, and sites, ensuring contractual and industry-standard quality; support line management in QHSE accountability and foster a strong QHSE culture; ensure customer requirements are fulfilled; build QHSE mindset aligned with strategy; lead a quality team to handle NCRs and warranty claims, analyze data, and report to management; promote compliance and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years relevant experience in marine or relevant industries engineering area
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical or Automation Engineering
- Rich experience and knowledge of marine industries
