Job Summary
Product Quality Engineer responsible for analyzing field data to evaluate post-launch product performance, driving manufacturing and design improvements, and defining/leading Product Quality Plans within project teams. Works with factories to implement lessons learned, collaborates with Engineering on quality and reliability requirements (including DFMEA and DVT), contributes to PFMEA, monitors prototype builds, supports Root Cause Analysis and corrective/preventive actions, and assists in developing Quality Processes and Inspection Plans. Requires cross-functional collaboration, knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, and travel 10-20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study
