Job Summary
The Product Quality Engineer will monitor production line abnormalities, initiate improvement requirements for issues, and establish a quality system for NPI products. The role includes leading RMA handling, conducting process audits, defining inspection specifications, and maintaining reliability through scheduled tests. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and over five years of experience in quality management, along with familiarity with quality systems and tools, specifically 8D report writing and communication product reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic, telecom communication and engineering related background
- More than five years’ experience in quality management in large enterprises
- Familiar with the operation of the quality system
- Familiar with the application of quality tools, be able to skillfully use the common quality tools to solve problems
- Have the ability to write 8D reports
- Familiar with the reliability of communication products
- Able to deal with and solve problems with PDCA
