Job Summary
Product Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring ETO project execution from order to handover, coordinating between local service and central functions (R&D, Marketing, Service, Quality), and supervising on-site activities as needed. Will follow issues from design through commissioning, develop and maintain FMEAs and control plans, oversee PPAPs, drive cross-functional corrective actions using the 8D methodology, and monitor product performance post-handover. Requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, readiness to visit sites, and the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable quality processes across manufacturing and service activities.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school background
- University degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus
- 3-5+ years of experience in a technical position (Quality, Service, Product Manager)
- Good English
- MS Office proficiency (Access included)
- Ability to plan activities in short midterm
- Ability to coordinate people from different departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with proper priorities
- Highly customer focused
- Problem solving capability
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent attention to detail in a busy environment
