Job Summary
Lead the quality agenda for GEM programs by ensuring safety and key risks are framed, owned, and followed through. Analyze program data including FMEAs, DVP/V, and build issues to highlight patterns and priorities for PET/VAPIR discussions. Chair Program Quality health check reviews, facilitate Quality Review meetings, and coordinate overall program health execution while tracking deliverables through LTR. Use AI and digital tools to accelerate detection, prioritization, and decision-making, and complete retrofit requests to support special quality studies. Connect the Program team to Continuous improvement meetings with cross-platform analysis. Work 3x weeks at the São Caetano do Sul office, travel less than 25%, and manage conflict across multiple functions and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- CREA active
- Typically background in quality, product development, program management, or similar roles dealing with technical and customer issues
- Strong communicator in English
- Ability to synthesize complex technical topics and meeting outcomes for different audiences
- Capability of collecting the right arguments to influence towards the solution and provide timely leadership engagement
- Dynamic person with strong drive for results, ownership, resilience, and urgency

Desired Qualifications
- GVDP knowledge
- Master's degree in a relevant technical or data discipline
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or advanced analytics platforms
- Comfortable with data (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python/R or equivalent)
- Structured problem solving (e.g., Red X, DFSS, 8D, FMEA)
