Job Summary
Establish and maintain quality control systems across manufacturing stages to ensure finished product standards. Direct quality assurance associates in sampling, testing, and data reporting while managing calibration for measurement equipment. Analyze adverse quality trends using statistical methods to drive corrective and preventive actions with engineering and manufacturing teams. Investigate and report customer-returned products through the Diamond System to ensure complete resolution. Collaborate with plant staff on process improvement techniques and mentor problem-solving efforts. Manage cross-functional relationships to optimize manpower and material usage.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial Engineer or similar
- Advanced English
- Results driven with demonstrated ability working in a high-performance manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in quality assurance management
- Attention to details, with the ability to manage the big picture
- Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks and deal easily with pressure on a daily basis
- Ability to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Solid planning, leadership, and administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to install and maintain electronic test equipment
- Must be able to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement
- High energy; demonstrates urgency and fast pace
- Good understanding of business principles and practices; can effectively manage the quality function with a customer driven bottom line result

- Critical thinker, with excellent analytical abilities
- Electrical/electronic gage and testing knowledge/experience is a plus
