Job Summary
Own end-to-end product development from concept to go-to-market for digital lending solutions, transforming ideas into modular products that optimize customer journeys. Build business cases, manage roadmaps, and identify growth opportunities within the finance market by monitoring competitors and benchmarking high-tech solutions. Collaborate with diverse global teams, clients, partners, and suppliers to deliver API-based platforms leveraging data-driven environments, analytics, and AI. This fixed-term maternity cover role requires 4+ years in product and business management for FinTech or data services, with expertise in Python, SQL, and visualization tools. Fluency in English and Italian is required; French is an advantage. The position offers a hybrid remote/in-office schedule with a salary range of 52.100-67.750 Euro Annual Gross.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- +4 years' experience product and business management / consultancy in areas such data/ information services, lending, FinTech, analytics services, software as a service
- Experience with innovation and technology, solid knowledge of product management related to integrated solutions, data-driven platforms, SaaS
- Ability to transform ideas into products and services, managing all aspects of product design until the go-to-market and including engaging with clients
- Availability to travel
- Fluent English and Italian speaking and writing
- Knowledge of the French language
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS and with visualization tools
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the French language will be an advantage
