Job Summary
Own end-to-end production of reinforcement learning training data, translating customer specifications into final output while balancing quality and velocity. Identify and implement automation to increase throughput, partnering closely with engineering and leadership during rapid growth. Recruit, manage, and deploy high-skill talent across AI data projects, taking full ownership of outcomes from customer requirements through delivery. This hands-on role supports an AI startup scaling its data operations, requiring an entrepreneurial operator comfortable working in ambiguity. The position is onsite, five days a week, from the Union Square office.
Required Qualifications
- 2–8 years of operations experience
- Experience in human data generation
- Experience in data pipeline management
- Experience as a founding team member
- Experience as a founder
- Experience as a high-impact contributor at a top-tier company
- Strong track record of making data-driven operational decisions
- Prior exposure to AI or human data platforms
- Top-tier academic background
- Highly analytical skills
