Job Summary
Product Project Manager (Healthy Cooking) responsible for end-to-end management of an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion to ensure on-time delivery within budget and at targeted quality, up to 6-8 months post-NPI launch. Reports to the Product Director and oversees cross-functional project teams, manages project outputs and documentation, and conducts pre-launch progress reviews and post-launch evaluations. Drives continuous improvement of project delivery, leads corrective actions during LCM for product quality issues, and tracks KPIs such as on-time delivery, budget adherence, cost at launch, quality deliverables, risk management, stakeholder satisfaction, and team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management
- 3+ years in a PMO role handling complex multi-functional projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams
