Job Summary
Product Program Manager role developing and implementing data-driven product lifecycle tools and processes to support SSG product category decision-making and growth. Own overall project plans and execution of all deliverables while working cross-functionally with stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers, inventory management, sales and demand planning, and operations to drive growth and profitability; identify issues and gaps in processes; research best practices; build strong relationships; develop data-driven solutions with technical resources; monitor progress and ensure timely communications; support cross-functional budgets and headcount changes.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in consumer product companies
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and market positioning
