Job Summary
Act as chief of staff to EMSM NA Sr. Category Procurement Manager; coordinate with EMSM Buyers and EMSM leaders to summarize status of key initiatives/projects and create presentations for leadership; manage governance and provide guidance to ensure compliance; lead procurement process alignment and benchmarking activities to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction. Demonstrates data-driven decision making, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills; applies strategic sourcing methods and cost-benefit analysis to optimize purchasing and supply chain performance. 6+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Business, and proficiency with PowerPoint/PowerBI are preferred. Onsite role in Peoria, IL requiring five days per week in the office; travel up to 5% domestically. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Technology or Business)
- 5+ years of job-related experience in purchasing or supply chain
- Experience with Lognet, Mach 1, and/or CBS systems
- Strong PowerPoint and PowerBI skills
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency and communicate to leadership
