Job Summary

The Product and Process Engineer will develop and implement products and processes into production, overseeing validation activities during all development phases to ensure smooth launches while supporting cost reduction actions. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, partnering with various departments to develop BOMs, leading trials, managing information for the PLM system, troubleshooting processes, and identifying cost reduction opportunities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, significant experience, analytical skills, and knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • 5 - 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet, AutoCAD & Design software
