Job Summary
Product Portfolio Operations Manager role focused on coordinating across product lines to ensure delivery against business objectives, implementing a structured portfolio management framework, driving cross-product prioritization and trade-offs, managing data analysis and KPI reporting for senior leaders, developing executive-level communications, and partnering with the Agility Office to influence tooling and change initiatives; requires strong program management, agile experience, strategic thinking, data visualization skills, and stakeholder collaboration across a dynamic organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to work with ambiguity and laser focused on delivering results
- Highly effective organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and business
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include data visualization, Jira/Jira Align/Confluence familiarity with Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau, consulting background, leadership and team management experience, cross-functional leadership, and experience aligning product strategies with business goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
