Job Summary
Guide the direction and growth of an established engine product portfolio by collaborating with OEM customers to understand equipment requirements and recommend product solutions. Support field sales teams during customer meetings, technical presentations, and product evaluations while partnering with engineering resources on application questions, prototype projects, and product implementation. Analyze competitive products and market opportunities to strengthen product positioning, develop technical resources and educational materials, and assist with forecasting, pricing strategy, and inventory planning. Build strong relationships with distributor and dealer partners by providing technical guidance and identifying opportunities to expand market share through new applications and replacement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum three years of experience managing or supporting technical products
- Background supporting OEM manufacturers, dealers, distributors, or industrial customers
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand product applications
- Experience working with pricing, product launches, competitive analysis, or portfolio management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel throughout the United States as needed
