Job Summary
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Fireplace Business Unit products to target audiences, collaborating closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams for successful launches. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes, then refine product positioning and messaging to differentiate offerings. Manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates while overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life. Plan and manage campaigns to increase product awareness, evaluate performance using data-driven insights, and provide sales enablement tools and training. Execute short- and long-term product roadmaps to optimize a multi-branded portfolio, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and tracking category changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, or Communications field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 or more years of executing go-to-market strategies and new product commercialization
- Consumer goods, home, or building products industry experience
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Travel as needed to customer locations and events (35% or less)

- Hearth industry experience preferred
- Consumer/Builder focused: Deep understanding of consumer and builder needs with the ability to provide clear and effective product solutions for your category
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Proven experience in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product value propositions and messaging including public speaking skills
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze market trends, consumer/builder feedback, and sales data to inform and refine marketing strategies
- Product and Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of product positioning, competitive market positioning and marketing strategies
- Collaboration: Skilled in engaging with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product Development to ensure successful product launches
- Strategic: Ability to see the 'big picture' and think both long-term and short-term to develop actionable and well-defined strategic marketing plans for your product category
