Job Summary
Lead development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies for Intuitive's da Vinci systems, Advanced Technologies, and Digital Solution portfolios across the UK and Ireland. Create go-to-market strategies for new products by collaborating with Clinical Marketing, Sales, and Training teams to increase utilization, while integrating digital portfolios to drive ecosystem adoption. Engage key customers to develop reference centers, create clinical and economic reference stories, and identify Product Champions to scale best demonstrated practices through Key Opinion Leaders. Partner with European and Regional teams at conferences and events to deliver product demonstrations and localized value propositions, ensuring key messaging aligns with business goals. Monitor portfolio performance and competition using analytical tools to inform data-driven strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business discipline
- 8+ year's experience within a medical device or therapeutic company
- 4+ years of Clinical/Product marketing experience within a medical device or therapeutic company
- Proven ability to effectively position, launch and message product/procedure
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively, prioritize and smoothly manage goals and initiatives with competing priorities
- Strong commercial acumen to drive product adoption
- Self-starter with ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills across multiple constituents
- A keen ability to manage projects, keeping budgeting, organizing, prioritizing and coping with multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite
- Ability to travel 20-30%
- International travel required
- The role will be based in Winnersh
- office days on Tue, Wed & Thu
