Job Summary
Lead cross-product coordination within International Consumer Banking to deliver portfolio strategies, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. Oversee portfolio-level controls, financials, and resourcing; coach teams; develop product roadmaps; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business/Market stakeholders; apply agile methodologies and product development life cycles to drive delivery against business objectives and maximize impact for customers and employees.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in program management or performance optimization
- Demonstrated experience with operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives
- Experience in agile methodologies and product development life cycles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience developing product strategies aligned with business goals
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong customer orientation and experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback
- Ability to lead within a highly complex environment and adapt to change
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
