Job Summary
Policy-focused Product Lead responsible for directing the organization’s approach to content classification across verticals, developing and communicating policy positions, training labeling teams on product policy, and collaborating with linguists and data scientists to inform and adjust classification models. Leads a small team of Product Policy Managers and engages with internal teams and clients to articulate policy concepts, analyze public opinions and advertiser perspectives, and stay current on internet policy and media regulation trends.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- 3+ Years experience in media regulatory issues: Content policy, regulation of user-generated content, or media policy
- 2+ Years experience in Management
- Excellent verbal, analytical, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with web and social media content trends

- Autodidact, technical and detail-oriented, with product management experience
- Knowledge of or interest in internet policy issues and media regulatory issues and/or the law
