Product Performance Analyst - IGT

Product Performance Analyst for modality IGT S/IGT D/MOS/DXR responsible for analyzing product performance, identifying performance gaps, defining corrective actions, reviewing customer feedback, and coordinating with BU/Regulatory/Quality to address escalations. The role includes monitoring KPI dashboards (e.g., via QlikView), driving problem management and CAPA processes, supporting NPI readiness, ensuring regulatory and quality guideline alignment, and organizing cross-functional meetings with service, training, and field teams. The candidate will participate in modality reviews, contribute to market readiness for NPIs, manage spare parts and installation standards, and travel to customer sites for onsite support as needed. The position emphasizes collaboration with RSE, TSS, and region stakeholders, with in-person office engagement at least three days per week and field/onsite responsibilities.
