Job Summary
Product Owner responsible for maximizing product value by clearly expressing backlog items, prioritizing work to align with goals, and driving delivery through an Agile team. Accountable for maintaining a transparent backlog, defining epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, and providing feedback to the team. Collaborates with senior management, business and technology teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure the backlog reflects stakeholder needs and aligns with the product roadmap and OKRs. Leads Agile SDLC activities, participates in Scrum events, and acts as the voice of the customer to ensure cohesive delivery across cross-functional teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile/SaaS environment; SAFe/Scrum experience and related certifications preferred.
