Job Summary
Coordinate product vision and roadmap with the Product Manager to drive delivery of innovative user experiences and channel solutions. Lead the scrum team by refining business requirements into prioritized user stories, managing the backlog, and ensuring conceptual integrity during iteration planning. Validate and accept user stories as complete, coordinate User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution, and resolve escalations to maintain project velocity. Build and maintain product documentation while identifying cross-team dependencies to prevent integration issues. Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities to ensure seamless product adoption and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related work experience
- Relevant experience with at least 2 years in product organization, agile execution, or related product execution roles
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Demonstrated experience working in agile and iterative development environments
- Ability to communicate complex product requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product backlog management and user story writing
- Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills
Desired Qualifications
- Business knowledge of Florida Blue Lean/Six Sigma or Product Owner certification
- Experience leading teams in a matrix environment with reporting responsibilities to two or more different areas
