Job Summary
Manage and prioritize the product backlog while defining user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team to ensure clear communication and deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously gather and analyze feedback from clients to refine product offerings. This role requires experience with Zoho or comparable ERP systems and strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Experience with Zoho or comparable ERP systems
- Experience in implementation and customization
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Ability to define and manage a product backlog
- Ability to create user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Agile methodologies (CSPO or equivalent)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
