Job Summary
Lead enterprise case management and workflow automation initiatives as a Product Owner, Vice President, shaping vision and strategy for governance-focused platforms. Own the product roadmap to improve operational efficiency, client service, and controls; collaborate with technology, operations, risk, and compliance; ensure governance and risk controls are embedded to meet data privacy, security, and regulatory standards; drive user adoption and change management across the organization; communicate progress to senior stakeholders with concise roadmap updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial services operations leadership, product management, or platform transformation
- Experience with agile methodology
- Deep knowledge of operational processes and controls including risk management, compliance, and security requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide programs
- Experience with governance, data privacy, and regulatory standards
