Job Summary
Product Owner for Unit4 ERP-focused products responsible for representing customer needs within the Engineering Team, refining roadmaps and features with stakeholders, and owning delivery scope, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria. The role requires coordinating with Product Managers/Owners, cross-functional teams, and customers to ensure alignment with product strategy, customer problem statements, and commercial outcomes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), Product Owner certification from recognized bodies, and 4+ years of product management/ownership experience; strong communication, adaptability in a fast-moving environment, and a passion for delivering superb client experience are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, SAFe, or LeSS (or other accreditors)
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager/Owner with demonstrated leadership
