Job Summary
Prioritise opportunities to improve member and operational outcomes by translating strategic objectives into actionable priorities for delivery teams. Manage and refine a roadmap and backlog of initiatives aligned to business outcomes while partnering with business, technology, risk, and operational stakeholders to drive progress. Use customer feedback, operational insights, and data to inform decision-making, define success measures, and evaluate whether initiatives deliver intended benefits. Balance competing priorities and make informed trade-off decisions to ensure resources focus on initiatives delivering the greatest value for members and the business. Commit to 60% of your time in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Experience driving business, customer or operational outcomes within a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and build momentum across diverse groups
- Demonstrated experience balancing competing priorities and making informed trade-off decisions
- A customer, member or user-focused mindset, with a passion for improving experiences and outcomes
- Experience working across business and technology teams to deliver meaningful change
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability, using evidence and insight to inform direction
- Exposure to agile, iterative or continuous improvement ways of working
- Commit to 60% of your time in office
