Job Summary
Translate high-level strategic objectives and customer requirements into tangible, user-centric product features and epics for Quality Management digital solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including Quality Engineers, Product Compliance Officers, and Auditors to gather needs, facilitate workshops, and champion the internal user voice throughout the development lifecycle. Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog of user stories and epics, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and defined acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development teams, UX designers, and Scrum Masters to explain requirements, participate in agile ceremonies, and monitor key performance indicators to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in an agile environment
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically within a digitalization or software development context or in automotive context
- Experience working within Quality Management (QM) or product compliance (preferable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering value
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile project management software
