Job Summary
Owns and delivers end-to-end data products for payments initiatives. Drives program backlog, defines and refines epics/features, partners with design and architecture, aligns PI objectives with business strategy, and ensures value delivery through SAFe Agile processes. Responsible for translating customer and business requirements into actionable backlog items, maintaining the program backlog, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand needs, communicates product vision, prioritizes work for cross-functional teams, and guides feature teams through execution. Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, payments and data domain knowledge, and the ability to balance strategy with execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of domain expertise in Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing and Trade Finance
- Deep financial domain expertise
- Understanding of Banking and Treasury Value Chain
- Proficient in eliciting business requirements
- Strong experience supporting technical delivery
- Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
