Job Summary
Product Owner/Product Manager in Madrid/London, driving execution-focused product initiatives with servicing partners, translating business needs into actionable deliverables, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely delivery. Acts as a primary liaison with partners (e.g., DIO & Qantas), collaborates across Chicago, Springfield, London, and Seattle, and orchestrates a structured feedback loop between internal teams and external partners. Requires proven product ownership/management experience, strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional, distributed environment. Knowledge of travel, technology or services industries and excellent stakeholder management are essential.
