Job Summary
Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures tailored to diverse user segments. Develop short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps, taking into account market situation, product life cycle, competitive landscape, and available resources. Oversee project progress and collaborate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments. Use data-driven thinking to explore core logic affecting AUM and user growth, formulate growth strategies, and manage the user life-cycle from acquisition to retention. Monitor crypto structured product market trends, identify new opportunities and competitive threats, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives. Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of product manager experience
- bachelor's degree or above
- background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields

- CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification
