Job Summary
Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures tailored to diverse user segments. Develop short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps, taking into account market situation, product life cycle, competitive landscape, and available resources. Oversee project progress and collaborate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, and operations to ensure products meet global trader needs during the opportunity discovery phase. Use data-driven thinking to explore core logic affecting AUM and user growth, formulate strategies, and manage the user life-cycle from acquisition to retention. Monitor crypto structured product trends to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable initiatives while defining pricing models and risk frameworks with quantitative and risk teams.
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of product manager experience
- bachelor's degree or above
- background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields
